Our Future Leader’s
Develop rock-solid self-esteem – so set backs in life rarely affect them.
Develop total body coordination – so they can do other activities with ease and control their bodies when training.
Build endurance – so they can study, play and train longer without getting tired.
Develop razor-sharp focus – so they can stay on task, whether at home, school or training.
Build listening skills – so they will be present and absorb conversations, at home, school, with friends or training.
Develop cooperation – so they learn how to train and compete with and against people, without making it personal.
Build functional strength and fitness – so they can use their bodies to protect themselves, train or play while maintaining good health.
Develop lifelong self-defense skills – so as they grow and move on, they have the ability to stand up for themselves should the need arise.
In order to achieve all the above, discipline, focus and respect are a core part of our training.
This training is very demanding. You will push yourself until you think you've reached your limit. First, your body wants to stop and give up, but your mind keeps pushing you. Then your mind will want to stop, but your spirit keeps you going. When you reach this point, you must fight yourself, your weaknesses, and you must win. To do this, you endure the pain, you learn to persevere, but above all, you learn to be patient with yourself.
Martial Arts training will help guide you to achieve and improve your self-discipline, self-esteem, self-respect, and respect for others. It will also build good character, and help you work towards a healthier and happier lifestyle.
